Well, Autofocus inserts the images for you. You just upload it and don’t need to insert code into the post (if you do insert the image too, the photo appears twice).

So, to add in the alt text I’m going to need to change the code in the theme itself which currently does not put anything in the alt tag.

To reiterate, all the image details are filled in, and yet the theme shows: alt=””.

Okay, I tested it a bit more. Maybe I’m crazy, but I thought I could previously set the image link to the attachment page and it would work.

Clearly I was wrong. Works as long as I set that to an image URL.

Actually, unless I’m mistaken the culprit in my case is the Cleaner Gallery plugin. On a page where there’s no gallery the rel=”” tag is inserted fine.

Just to add a bit more information here, I can see why Lightbox isn’t working. It is not adding rel=”lightbox” to the link any more. Any ideas?

Not sure if you folks saw the same issue, but it’s not working for me in 2.7.1. Previously was fine in 2.7.0 though.

I’m having a similar issue, or at least I think I think so.

I have a gallery that no longer exists and want to forward people coming in to those URLs to the tag for gallery.

As an example, one URL ends with: ‘/gallery/displayimage.php?pos=-653’
And I want to send people to: ‘/tag/gallery/’

I’ve been trying everything, but nothing works. Any suggestions how I can adapt the previous example to work for me?

Sorry, one more thing – maybe this is obvious, but I can get the site to appear in English, if I uncheck “Gengo should append language codes to permalinks automatically.” That means the French version doesn’t work though unless I have the link already.

One site I’m running with Gengo won’t even load with Gengo on 2.7. Looking at it in Chrone it says “This webpage has a redirect loop.”

I’m getting the same problem, except my error is on line 316.

Even with all plugins disabled I’m getting the error. Can’t register new people at all.

Any thoughts? I’m running 2.6.2, but the problem appeared when I upgraded to 2.6.

Perhaps this isn’t to do with Register Plus, then. I’ve deactivated all plugins and deleted RP, but still getting the errors.

When I tried a second time in a row to create a user, I got this error:

Fatal error: Cannot access empty property in /home/newsblog/public_html/wp-includes/user.php on line 316

Which is:
$user->{$meta->meta_key} = $value;

From:

if ( $metavalues ) {
		foreach ( $metavalues as $meta ) {
			$value = maybe_unserialize($meta->meta_value);
			$user->{$meta->meta_key} = $value;
		}
	}

As I said, deactivation doesn’t help. It still won’t let me register – with or without the plugin active I get the NULL fields. Is it possible it’s inserted fields in my wp_users table?

Best solution I found was just to use cformsII. Much more robust as well.

I’m getting the same error, and I definitely have the page URL set right. Tried both the “pretty” URL and with page ID instead. Any thoughts? Is it just because of my browser? Any way to fix it? I’ve looked at my logs and I think everyone is getting the error – haven’t see a single email from it.
