Hi @andyotto,

This error – “Failed to retrieve shipping label refund status: Unexpected server error.” is not with our plugin. You are using some shipping label plugin and its related to it.

Maybe you have a conflict with some another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again with adding tracking information.

We already remove the Easy Parcel Malaysia from our default shipping providers list.

You can use our features board to?Suggest a Shipping Provider?and you’ll get an email notification once there is an update about your request.

Do you use New WooCommerce HPOS system?

The latest version of the Sales Report Email for WooCommerce Free is 2.9. Maybe you are using the paid version of the Sales Report Email.

We updated the tracking URL of DTDC to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.
