Unfortunately, this feature is unavailable within the Dokan plugin, like displaying the shop name instead of the vendor name. It will display the vendor’s name. At the same time, any snippet is also unavailable to achieve these requirements. it will require coding level customisation.

To resolve this issue, please install and activate the User Switching plugin on your marketplace and check whether any email is triggered for the vendors or not. If any email triggers from the website and the vendor does not receive it, please contact your hosting provider for the further assistance. Please ensure that the “my account” shortcode [woocommerce_my_account] is accurate. Additionally, refresh your permalinks settings and check if the issue still exists. If the issue persists, conduct a thorough conflict test on your marketplace.To resolve this, please try the following –
- Deactivate all plugins except Dokan, and WooCommerce.
If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then –
- Switch to any default theme like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
- Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try again.
If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there is a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. To find the responsible theme/plugin, kindly perform a proper conflict test.
If you successfully find the conflicting plugin or theme, kindly contact the respective theme/plugin support for better guidance.
