There seems to be a misconfiguration in your store URL. If you want to use two or more words, you need to use an underscore between them. You have set sold by in your store URL. Please use an underscore between the two words in the Vendor Store URL option from the WP Admin Dashboard > Dokan > Settings > General screen, like this: https://snipboard.io/WshTl8.jpg

According to your video reference, it looks like the functionality is working fine on your website. If your other function does not work accurately, you can perform a conflict test on your marketplace.
To resolve this, please try the following –
- Deactivate all plugins except Dokan and WooCommerce.
If the above method doesn’t resolve your problem, then –
- Switch to any default theme, like Twenty Twenty or Storefront.
- Clear your site cache as well as the browser cache and try again.
If the problem gets resolved, it can be said that there is a conflicting theme or plugin on your site. To find the responsible theme or plugin, kindly perform a proper conflict test. You can follow this documentation to trace the responsible plugin or theme.

Sometimes vendors purchase their own products, which can affect the calculation, and they may also put their own reviews after purchasing their products. To address this, we have removed the add to cart button from vendors’ own products. Once vendors add their products, they can display them from another browser or from the customer end. This could be a potential solution for your scenario.

It seems like a caching problem on your website. Firstly, clear your site cache and try adding the Description and Short Description again. Also, notice that other option is visible or not. Please inform me about the results. Hopefully, clearing the cache will resolve the issue.

According to my knowledge, it can be a page settings-related issue. Please check the page settings from the WP Admin Dashboard> Dokan> Settings> Page settings screen. If the page is selected properly from this screen and still get the issue, please let me know.
