    Hi PTaubman,

Thank you for following up and for bringing this to our attention again.

While it has indeed been several months since the issue was first reported, our focus during this time has been on addressing other higher-priority issues and improvements.

That said, we understand the importance of resolving this warning, and I’ll make sure it’s reviewed as part of our upcoming updates. I appreciate your patience and will provide an update once we’ve made progress.

If you have any further concerns, feel free to let us know.

    Hi Wrdprss3917,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I wanted to follow up to see if you’ve had a chance to do further testing to identify what might be triggering the JSON error. We’re eager to get this working for you and are here to assist in resolving the issue.

If you’ve noticed anything new or have been able to try any of the suggested troubleshooting steps, please let us know. Even small details could help us narrow down the cause and find a solution more quickly.

    Looking forward to your update.

    All the best.

    Hi Wrdprss3917,

    Thanks for the details.

I wasn’t able to replicate the issue on my own site with the same PHP and WP versions. Let’s try a few more things to narrow down the cause:

    1. Could you try temporarily switching to a default WordPress theme (like Twenty Twenty-Three) to see if the issue persists? This helps rule out potential conflicts with the current theme.
    2. Please try deactivating all other plugins except Easy Pricing Tables and see if the issue still occurs. If the error disappears, reactivate each plugin one by one to identify the conflict.
    3. Would you be able to check for any JavaScript errors in the browser’s developer console while trying to save the table? You can open this by right-clicking on the page and selecting “Inspect” > “Console” tab. Any errors here might give us more insight.
    4. Sometimes, server settings can cause issues with JSON responses. Could you check with your hosting provider to ensure that there are no restrictions (like mod_security rules or other server settings) blocking the requests?
    5. Try clearing any server-side cache and your browser cache. It might also help to clear your database transients, which can be done using a plugin like “WP-Optimize.”
    6. Have you made any changes to the Gutenberg builder? Such as using the classic editor plugin?

Regarding the error message you got, the troubleshooting steps in this guide might help – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-the-invalid-json-error-in-wordpress-beginners-guide/

Once you try these steps, let me know the results and if anything changes.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hi Wrdprss3917,

    Thanks for your reply.

I recommend trying to build a new table going forward.

Regarding the error message, is this for Easy Pricing Tables 4.0.1 or 4.0.0?
If not yet updated to version 4.0.1, please try updating and clearing your internet history.
If the issue continues, please let us know your WordPress and PHP version on your website.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Wrdprss3917,

Thank you for your reply and for sharing the details.

I installed the “Simple WP Membership” plugin and built a PayPal button using the swpm_payment_button shortcode, and it worked on my end – https://pasteboard.co/V5S61DdzpqxS.png

Could you confirm whether you are creating a new table or editing an existing one when adding the shortcode?

Additionally, it would be helpful if you could provide specific instructions on how you created this button. For example, did you follow any specific steps in the plugin settings, or are there particular attributes or configurations you’re using in the shortcode?

Once I have these details, I’ll test it further to help replicate your exact setup.

    Looking forward to your response.

    All the best.

    Hi Wrdprss3917,

    Thanks for your reply.

To assist you, please confirm with us which plugin you are using the shortcode for.
We want to use a shortcode from that same plugin in the table and see what happens.
When I tested other shortcodes, it worked.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Wrdprss3917,

    Thanks for reaching out.

In order to investigate the issue and find a solution, could you provide a bit more detail on what you’re experiencing? Any additional information or specific examples would be helpful as we look into this further.

    Is ” [xxx_payment_button id=”xxxxx”] ” a shortcode?

Did you try clicking one of the buttons in your table to edit it, look for the Advanced option on the bottom right, then after clicking scroll down to the Shortcode field and enter your shortcode. Like this – https://pasteboard.co/GfTzrYyALEau.png

    Looking forward to your response.

    Hi all,

Thank you for your patience while we worked on resolving the editing issue you reported with Easy Pricing Tables. After recent WordPress updates, we identified that the previous version of the plugin was causing unintended behavior, such as issue described.

To address this, we’ve built a new version of the plugin, Easy Pricing Tables 4.0.0. This update introduces a brand-new table builder that resolves the problem and enhances the editing experience.

    Here’s what to do next:

    1. Update the plugin to version 4.0.0 from your WordPress dashboard.
    2. Rebuild your tables in the new builder to take full advantage of the latest features and fixes.

Once updated, you should no longer encounter the issue where edits to one table affect others.

If you run into any questions or need assistance during the update process, feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.

    All the best.

    Hi Anv,

    Thank you for reaching out.

We’re aware of this problem, and it’s possible that a recent update on your website may have affected its functionality.

We’ve been prioritizing fixes for some of our other plugins. While we don’t have an immediate solution, we’ll keep this on our radar and hope to address it in the future.

We appreciate your patience and understanding. If there’s anything else we can help with in the meantime, please let us know.

    Hi there,

    Thanks for reaching out.

To troubleshoot the de-duplication alerts you’re seeing, I recommend using the Test Events feature in Meta’s Events Manager. This tool lets you view events in real-time, helping verify if both the Pixel and Conversion API events are properly flagged as duplicates. Any discrepancies in Test Events may indicate an adjustment needed in the setup.

Additionally, please note that I’m unable to access your website as it appears to be blocked on my end. If there are specific event settings you’d like me to review, feel free to provide details, and I’ll assist as best as I can.

Let me know if you have any questions or need further guidance.

    All the best.

    Hi GATHH,

    Thanks for your reply.

If the visitor to your website has IPv6-enabled with their internet provider, Pixel Cat will attempt to send it.

If the user visiting your website does not have IPv6 enabled, then IPv4 will be used. Many internet providers have not switched to IPv6 yet.

If you have any further questions, just let us know.

    All the best.
