In Settings > Webcomic disable the following:
Attempt to integrate webcomics into the site automatically
Dynamic webcomic navigation
Touch gestures for webcomic navigation
Keyboard shortcuts for webcomic navigation
To remove the timestamp see this
That should solve the problem.
