Thank you for your reply. I have been working on the site and was able to get it displaying correctly by rolling back your plugin to version 32.45 which is not ideal as I would like to have the latest version. I will upgrade back to the latest version if you could have another look.

Thank you for looking into this for me. I’m at the beginning of moving the site into a block based theme. Might be some time before it will be ready to go to the new theme. Will keep my fingers crossed that the update will happen by the time it’s ready.

I tried disabling the cache and also autoptomize and asset clean up plugins but still no captions. I will try disabling my plugins one at a time in case something is causing this. I haven’t installed any new plugins for quite some time though.

I entered the captions as caption. The URL is the same on the page as the url in the media library. eg: https://www.gcps.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/44A_Flour_dance-.jpg If I look at the img.class it has the size included in the url. eg: https://www.gcps.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2018/10/44A_Flour_dance-745×1050.jpg

Still not working for me with 1.66 or 1.67. Will only show with version 1.63.

Thank you, thought it must have been something I had done. I’ll hang off sending to the judge for now. If not fixed in time I can just send one set of images separately. This type of subject is probably a one off and usually there would only be one image per entry.

Thank you for your advice. Turns out it was a javascript error caused by a plugin we use, autoptimize. I’ve excluded ewz-upload script from the plugin and seems to be working fine.

Thanks for your reply. I cant see where the site has been hacked. Everything appears fine and scans all come up ok. The username that was changed is a subscriber and has no permissions to modify anything. Is it possible that his computer is infected that somehow changed his username and email, even though wordpress doesn’t allow the username to be changed.

I deleted the plugin and then re-installed and still getting the error message.

Thank you so much for your quick reply Josie. I cleared the browser cache and everything is now working fine. It was a javascript issue.

My timezone was set to Brisbane. I changed it to UTC+10 and now everything is fine.
