Do you have .htaccess restriction? do you scan using a mobile device or a browser qr scanner? We never had this reported, so this can be a .htaccess restriction or a cache issue of your wp set up. Please confirm.

Can the backup be both done for google drive and file path in your own server?

I noticed that I can do one or the other, not both. This will be very helpful if it is available.

are you doing a live test, or sandbox? if it is sandbox, then there is an issue at the moment with sandbox (paypal’s issue/maintenance and not the plugin). If you do a live test with a paypal email (not sandbox) then you’ll see that you’ll receive the confirmation. You can test it by using $0.01 and go through the process.

Alternatively, you can test it here on the site https://www.wpgiftcertificatereloaded.com/buy-gift-certificates go to the Test Drive tab. It is live and for $0.01 do a purchase and you’ll get the notification email for the link.

First try this, click and drag the time when you’re are in week or day view. It should work. If not, it can be a theme issue, have you checked with twenty ten theme?

Permalinks must be enabled. The created show will appear.

The shortcode [showseats id=1] and page “shows” is automatically created when you first activate the plugin. Please check if that matches what you have, it should work. Your permalink must show it as https://www.mydomain.com/shows/ (if your permalink shows it as shows-2, shows-3, etc. it wont work) If you still don’t see it, please provide dashboard details (https://www.wpthemesforevents.com/contact-us) so I can take a look.
