In reply to: [Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks – CoBlocks] Linkable img in Services blockHey @beers01,
Thanks for reaching out, I hope you are doing great.
This feature is still not supported in the current version of CoBlocks, but I did inform our developers so it could be considered.
A GitHub feature request has been opened, you may check the progress below:
https://github.com/godaddy-wordpress/coblocks/issues/1624In the meantime, you can recreate the appearance using other elements in the Gutenberg editor.
I hope this helps, have a nice day,
AndrijaHey guys,
Please accept our apologies as the issue was not resolved yet,
I can see that a GitHub issue has been opened to address this bug:
https://github.com/godaddy-wordpress/coblocks/issues/1613Our developers will review it, stay tuned.
Have a nice day,

In reply to: [Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks – CoBlocks] Columns 100% brokenHey @dustinwstout and @pumpk1in
I’m terribly sorry for the inconvenience, I did not realize that this issue is related to a bug reported earlier.
I can see that an issue has been opened to our developers on GitHub, you can check the progress below:
https://github.com/godaddy-wordpress/coblocks/issues/1613
I’m not sure why it has not been addressed already although it was reported initially when you reached out to us, but I can assure you that our developers will review it.
Thanks for the info, have a nice day,
AndrijaHi @dianakpalm,
You are welcome, I’m delighted to hear that I was able to help you with resolving this issue.
If you ever need any additional help, you know where to reach us out.
I wish you all the best,
AndrijaHi once again @dianakpalm,
I see, this is a common Gutenberg related error that is in most cases caused by corrupted cache on your website
While reviewing your website I noticed that you are using Cloudflare CDN, this is most likely the culprit in your case
As this is the case, I suggest you first clear all the cache from both your website and your browser. Additionally, you should remove cookies as well and you may alternatively try using a different browser if that is not enough.
Here is the article which explains this issue:
https://techjourney.net/how-to-fix-the-editor-has-encountered-an-unexpected-error-in-wordpress/
If this does not help, then it is possible that a plugin is conflicting with CoBlocks, in that case, you should check this plugin’s settings.
Let me know if this works for you,
Best regards,

In reply to: [Go] Change Menu text color in headerHi @justgrubb, I hope you are doing great,
I’m not sure how could updating CoBlocks affect your menu links, however, to change their color you should go to Appearance > Customize > Site Design and under Header Colors you may choose the Foreground Color of your preference as seen below:
I checked your page, and I can see that the links are black while the background is white, thus changing them back to white will make them invisible or barely visible unless you adjust your Background color as well.
I hope this helps, have a nice day,
AndrijaHi @dianakpalm,
Thanks for reaching out to us, I’m sorry to hear about your issue.
Can you please provide us with an error message showing your issue? Ideally, a screenshot will be very helpful.
Have you also tried using a default theme and activating only the CoBlocks plugin? The fact disabling CoBlocks resolves the issue can also mean that there is a conflict with our plugin and one of the plugins or the theme that is installed on your website.
I will be happy to help you out further, have a nice day,

In reply to: [Go] Shop cart text errorHey @agusbolado, I hope you are doing great,
While you can’t add an image to this box, can you please provide me with a link to the product you are experiencing issues with adding it to the cart.
Additionally, can you please let me know if this happens with the latest version of the Go theme with all other plugins disabled?
Thanks in advance, have a nice day,

In reply to: [Page Builder Gutenberg Blocks – CoBlocks] Columns 100% brokenHi @pumpk1in, I hope you are doing great.
The best way for adjusting columns is by adding a Column block instead of a Row block.
Here is a video that explains the process:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1aAchMLCyJL-fqwiBUPFdu4thd6XpKLUz/view
The Row block is better used when you want to adjust the block size manually, by default the row is taking up the size of your content and since you have no content inside it, it defaults to the smallest size.
Therefore for your use case, you would be much better of using a Column block instead.
I hope this helps, have a nice day,
AndrijaHey @aj-1,
Thank you for the info provided and the test page created.
After spending some time testing I noticed that older versions of CoBlocks seem to have this issue and the update released 3 days ago does not have this issue.
Are you running the latest version of 2.2.0? If not, please update to the latest version and let me know if this helps
With the latest version, I uploaded one of your images for testing purposes and I can see that it resolves properly on a default theme as seen below:
If not, kindly let me know which settings are you using for the Carousel block.
The result I got was with the following settings:
Size: large
Height in pixels: 290
Arrow navigation: onAll other toggles: off
I hope this helps, have a nice day,
AndrijaHey @aj-1,
I’m sorry to hear about your trouble, can you please send us the page you are having the issues with.
By default, images are cut off if they are too big to fit the carousel height and stretched out if their size is less than carousel height.
Have you tried checking the Responsive height setting, as seen below:
Also, have you tried testing out with a different theme or by disabling plugins? This issue can easily be plugin/theme-specific.
I want to help you out but this piece of information may prove to be crucial in replicating your issues.
Thanks in advance, have a nice day,

In reply to: [Go] Create Static Homepage/Parent PageHello @elarsen2020,
I hope you are doing great, let me assist you with this task.
I created a video on how you can change the homepage to any WordPress page of your preference:
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IQZTWkf474FGavm1D5Ng6Lrnokk6vm2W/view
Basically you should Change the Homepage settings as instructed in the video and set a page of your preference.
Then, you may customize this page using the default WordPress editor or alternatively a page builder.
Also, note that the page you sent returns a 404 error, in case you are having issues with this specific page make sure to check the permalink structure.

In reply to: [Go] Change Blog Page LayoutHey @beardsworthy,
Thanks for using our Go theme, I hope you like it.
If you want to use the blog page to create some sort of customized content then you should go to WP Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings and under the Blog page choose the “-Select-” option, which is a default option to reset the blog page.
Here is the screenshot showing the setting: https://i.imgur.com/HTDIjSQ.png
Then, using WordPress editor, a page builder plugin, or a custom template(depends on your needs and the preference) you may set up the preferred blog appearance.
However if the issue with blog page is the fact it is too long, you may limit the number of posts displayed by going to WP Dashboard > Settings > Reading and adjusting the “Blog pages show the most setting” as seen below:
Screenshot: https://i.imgur.com/B8L85On.png
You may adjust this number per your preference.
I hope this helps, have a nice day,

In reply to: [Escapade] Posts thumbnails far too largeHi @splinter1,
I can see that you found a way to set up the preferred appearance, and I’m delighted to hear that.
It was my pleasure to assist you and thanks for the update, I wish you all the best.

In reply to: [Escapade] Posts thumbnails far too largeHi @splinter1, I hope you are doing great,
Unfortunately, I could see that theme does not limit the thumbnail size for some reason, our developers will review the GitHub issue you opened.
In the meantime, here is a workaround that limits the thumbnail size, feel free to adjust the values as necessary:
img.attachment-primer-featured.size-primer-featured.wp-post-image { max-width: 350px; }
To hide the ‘continue reading’ button you may use this code:
.blog .post .entry-summary a.button { display: none; }
I hope this helps, for the time being at least.
Have a nice day,
Andrija
