I am unable to easily test an order with a value over ￡0.00 as this is a live website.

I attach a link to the screenshot of what I am seeing in the settings. You will notice that the orders say that 0 have synced.

Opt-Ins are just that – you can not legally opt someone in without their permission.

Any news on this?

I am getting a similar issue – none of my orders are syncing to Mailchimp, which means abandoned cart emails are being sent out when they shouldn’t.

The only thing that may be an issue here is that all orders in my shop have been sold for ￡0.00 – which means they are free – they are still orders and still need to be synced however.

I would be grateful if you could advice me of what should be done. Thank you.

When upgrading a theme all changes are overwritten, including zopim code in the theme footer, the widget is the best way forward, so why is it taking so long to update?

From what Ed posted above, updating the plugin is a 2 minute process… Why has it taken so long?

Hi bencxr – this is a terrible way of doing it, because when the theme is upgraded (and it will be) all the changes will be lost and need adding again, and if it was a while ago it will probably be forgotten. The best thing to do would be to get the plugin updated as soon as possible.

Can you tell me when the plugin will be updated with the latest mobile friendly widget code – it seems the zopim have now released the code and it is out of beta.

Yep me too now – it was just the release candidate it didn’t work with.

I too had this problem when I upgraded. I have now deleted the plugin and re-installed the new one and it looks like it is working, but the really nice box in the widget has gone now, and it just looks ugly.

How do I go back to the previous version? Or is there a way to get the nice box around the form in the widget that I haven’t seen?
