I have been contacted and an email was sent to me saying that there is a refund coming back to me. I have had good experiences with Autoptimize so I do not have bad things to say with regards to them other than I Trusted RapidLoad because of Autoptimize. I run a business and to be honest I would not ever recommend Rapidload to anyone and all the excuses above about the phone number issue etc.. sounds like excuses and a way to do damage control. I will update here once I have received my full refund. I will not say anything more and I would encourage this company to be more transparent, accessible, and have better customer service. I do not recommend them in any way. With that being said, I do wish them luck and I hope this situation will help them grow and flourish in the future.
Just saw a reply. It wants me to log in which I cannot. The only record of my transaction with you and me is through my bank. You have never sent me a confirmation email but have charged me. I followed the link and sent a message with the last four of my card which is all you need to identify me and refund my money.
Update: So my bank told me they did not set up a recurring payment. Which is what I paid for the Annual $90. This is done by merchants that are usually involved in fraudulent activity. By doing it this way, they can arbitrarily take out money throughout the year as it is authorized by the person or company that originally purchased their product. The number 18445980078. At the time of writing this when I call the number, it is an automated message that says “Thanks for the call, configure your voice URL to change this message, let us know if we can help you in any way during your development.” Then it immediately hangs up. There is no way of contacting them and my bank has instructed me to get a new payment method which I have done. If you have gotten anything from them or a charge and cannot get your money back I suggest you contact your bank immediately and close that card and get a new one. This and all things said by me above is in no way legal advice as I am not an attorney, but am speaking with one. If you look at the top reviews you will see there is multiple by the same author.
