Nevermind! I figured this out but it’s not intuitive at all. In Appearance>Theme Options>Home Layout you can edit the Homepage Layout Manager to enable or disable certain items. I had Latest Blog Posts disabled yet the site still had “Latest Posts” displayed. Only after disabling Page Title did the “Latest Posts” get hidden.

I see this in the body of the post since turning on debug:

The specific issue I referenced in the initial post is occurring when I’m logged into the admin console of wordpress, in the forms menus and editing a specific form.

I do have some previous posts that used to show a directory but no longer do. Here’s one:

Thank you for the reply! This is an issue that I really wold like to resolve.

The fixes you proposed did not work though. Here’s what I tried:

-I reviewed the directories of the addons and Gravity Forms is already in “gravityforms” and Gravity Forms Directory & Addons is in “gravity-forms-addons”. So I made no changes there.

-I was able to find the code you referenced and replaced it with the updated version. I took the extra step of confirming the directory path for all the files referenced and everything checked out. I also deactivated and then reactivated the plugin. Still no luck and the directory column window is showing up as blank.

Again, thanks for the input but is there anything else you would suggest? Any other info you would need from me on my site?

Well, that might work for others but I’m using a specific theme where that won’t work.

Is there no setting or widget that will allow me to only show specific posts (by category) per page?

I found a widget that will display the contents of the posts within the page, based on the category – https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/post-page-association-plugin/.

However, I only want the link to the post and I want it in the Recent Posts sidebar and not the page itself. So, if I have pages named Sandwiches and Soups and the categories Subs, Hoagies, Tomato Basil and Chowder I only want the Subs and Hoagies categorized posts to show up as Recent Posts on the Sandwiches page.

If I find anything, I’ll let you know….

I’m trying to do a similar thing and can’t figure it out. I want to certain posts to appear as links on some pages but not others. I want this to be category based and something I only have to specify once.

I’ve looked at a ton of plug-ins but I haven’t found anything.
