Ultimate Member allows you to create multiple registrations, log in, and profile forms. Each form created has shortcodes that you can paste into pages. You can check this link to know more about Ultimate Member Forms.

To be able to delete a user profile, you need to delete it through the account page>delete account.Screenshot of the delete account page

To put it into a custom navigation menu,copy the URL once you’re in the delete account tab on the account page. The URL should look like this: https://www.domain.com/account/delete/
Then paste it into the appearance>menus>edit menu>add menu >custom links URL

To delete custom fields from the database, go to wp-admin> Ultimate Member> Forms> Edit Form> Edit the Field. Once the field manager appears, scroll down to Custom Fields, click the “x” to delete the field. Here’s a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/VR8BM3.jpg

The role fields are limited to UM custom roles only for security reasons. Go to Ultimate Member-> User Roles, you can recreate those roles as UM custom roles from there and then Delete the role field from your UM form and re-add again which should automatically show up the newly created roles. https://docs.ultimatemember.com/article/1590-how-to-use-user-roles#fields
