To create a new page go to wp-admin> Pages> Add New Page. Copy the shortcode from your Registration Form or Member Directory and paste it on your registration new page and member directory page.

I recreated the steps, and it is working on my end. The custom field shows and I can select the field I created in the dropdown menu when selecting the option ‘show extra user information below tagline’ in Directory Settings. Please note that the Field Name in the Advance Custom Field should match the meta key in UM Forms Field settings.

The Advanced Custom Field plugin has an update. May I know what version are you using now?
