I am unable to supply guidelines for a privacy policy. This will be specific to your site so it’s something you will need to work on or seek guidance for.

Can you try deactivating Jetpack Comments to see whether the error message still appears? This will tell us whether the issue is related to the comments module or specific to the theme you are using.

If you’re still seeing that error after deactivating Jetpack’s Comments module, could you temporarily activate one of the default themes, like Twenty Seventeen, to see if that fixes it?

There isn’t a specific setting for image quality, this is calculated automatically.

The image CDN serves images based on the width and height of an uploaded file, or the containing element. Therefore, we recommend using images close to the container size — large images can appear pixellated because the detail is scaled down.
