No, it’s actualy work under Nginx, I use nginx and this awesome plugin work properly.

Maybe you should put this code within your server block file.

Hello Jack, this plugin currently not support NextGen gallery. I’ll consider this issue in the next plugin update.

@hamerllr: You can edit the plugin on $image, and edit “large” to “medium” or other.
