ご案内いただいた、 Outlookクライアントのテキスト形式メッセージ内の余分な改行を削除する は効果がありませんでした。
また https://outlook.live.com/ と Windows10 付属のメール には余分な改行を削除する機能がありません。メール本文はHTMLになっているのでクライアント側が問題なのかと思います。

I check the movie, I’m not check ON to “TERMS OF USE checkbox” last line, so that’s a problem.Then I check ON to that and try again step by step each paying method, and if I’m not check OFF the TERMS OF USE, the trouble is not reproduce.
I can paying all procedure.
