Sorry to butt in: I had a similar problem and I finally got it solved TODAY!
In my case the issue was with the Web host and when they finally “modified the server side settings” (direct quote from their response), I started receiving emails into the email account I wanted to use for the forms…
Maybe this will help you too, TBakerHR…
OK: last update. Mostly for the benefit of those who might have the same problem.
The issue was with the Web host. After the third attempt explaining what was not working it got solved. This is from the Web host, and I quote: “We have modified the server side settings”, so now messages from both the “contact us” form and the “free consultation” form, go where they should.
We can close this saga and hopefully never deal with it again!
Thanks!
Follow-up on my previous post:
I did talk to GoDaddy support. They tried the JetPack on their end, and were not able to explain why my [ email redacted ] address would not “stick” while the yahoo does.
It seems that the form is causing a “reversal” in the email process.
Still: not sure how I can resolve this…
Help appreciated.
AH-HA! I changed the recipient email address to a yahoo address, and the form works! (Should’ve tried it sooner).
Furthermore: when I entered the back-end of the form (where I enter the email settings for the form) the yahoo address was still showing, while the [email protected] address that I REALLY would like to use as a “catch all”, doesn’t seem to “stick”.
The info address is provided by GoDaddy: would you suggest I take it up with them from this point on, or might this still be a WP issue?
Also: all the emails I sent from either the “Contact Us” or “Free Consultation” forms are sent to the Feedback page on WP, regardless of the recipient address I have listed in the form.
When I installed the plug in that you suggested, that seemed to block the yahoo address from receiving any of my test emails, so I deactivated the plug in.
Where am I going from here??…

In reply to: [Customizr] Pages with pulldown menu won't openI FOUND A SOLUTION!!!
I just want to add this additional bit of information that might be useful to others roaming the blog in search of the solution to the same problem I was having.
I added the pages I wanted to make accessible, but were not “clickable”, in the pull-down menu. In other words: when you now click on “About” the pull down menu that opens has, again, the “About” page listed, so that a visitor can easily open it. Same goes for the “Services” page: once again I added the “Services” page to the pull down menu.
You can do this by going to the Appearance > Menus and add the pages where you want.
I also made those pages the “Featured Pages” on the home page.
I hope this helps and saves time to anyone else with this same problem!
Cheers!

In reply to: [Customizr] Pages with pulldown menu won't openThanks for the longer explanation, acub! I really appreciate it!
I’ll follow your advice and try the workaround (if I muster the courage to mess with the code, that is!…). Otherwise, I’ll just be happy with the solution I found. I like this theme very much, so I don’t want to let it go…
I’ll check out the blog some more as well!
Thanks again!!

In reply to: [Customizr] Pages with pulldown menu won't openIn more simple words: the ‘Parent Page’ (“About” and “Services”) is not showing, and I would like it to show.
Now: “Services” does show in the Breadcrumbs, but “About” doesn’t…
Thanks for your help!

In reply to: [Customizr] menuKhalil Hi:
If I understand your question (maybe next time add some more info). You can change the order of your menu from your Dashboard.Go to Appearance > Menus
from there you can drag and drop and reorder your menu items.
Hope this helps.
So Richard: any ideas?… I have been waiting for a sign from you. Any solution to this problem? It’s not the theme, by the way, it’s the plugin: I have since changed theme (I’m using Customizr now), but the contact form still don’t work.
I would appreciate a reply. Thanks!
Hi Richard. I tried. I switched to Twenty Twelve and tried both forms. Same thing happened: I found my well written text (Not just “test”) in the feedback. I also tried to send it from FireFox, just in case it was a browser issue. No luck.
I contacted my web host to see if they could help but they couldn’t and suggested I connect with you and see if there is a patch.
I’m no longer using Suffusion, however I’m concerned that the forms aren’t working on Twenty Twelve either…
What can we do about it? Thank you for your time!
