In reply to: [Visualizer: Tables and Charts Manager for WordPress] Error 503:Thanks, Hardeep. It wasn’t a problem with the plugin in the end, but a mod_security rule. My host cleared it up and the plugin is working again. Just thought to post the response below for anyone else who might have that issue:
“As we can see, there was а mod_security rule which resulted in that block. Its activity may cause such issues from time to time when requests sent to the server match with mod_sec rules. Sometimes such requests are false-positive.
However, we have whitelisted the rule related to the issue, and now everything should work properly. “
I am having the same issue. Hosted on Namecheap. It isn’t the first time I have encountered it. In the past, we have increased memory on the site but it didn’t work this time. I am on the latest WP platform, and have just updated the Visualizer plug in too.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Download link not showing up after PayPal redirectionAm having a similar problem. Am using WordPress 4.3.1, with the Book Store theme. The downloadable PDF products also use the watermarking feature in the WooCommerce settings. The test product had worked in August, but now users receive this message after successful ordering:
The website cannot display the page
HTTP 500Have tried shortened links. Have tested all the product links to ensure they work individually. The downloads are set up as “Force Download”.
The only change from when it worked until now is the security update on WordPress on September 15.
Any ideas what it isn’t working?
