I found the problem, an extension of AMP plugin – Progressive Web App. Thank you for your help!

The domain was renewed, but I already asked the host for any changes or issues made by them, they said everything is fine. Then they updated the newest version of PHP and cleared the cache. Still the same…

What I noticed is that the problem is with the cache as a whole even if the plugin is deactivated. When I clear the Cloudflare cache the speed increases, but on the second visit drops to 0. Literally 0.

Just one issue:
Background updates ensure that WordPress can auto-update if a security update is released for the version you are currently using.

But why I can’t edit it? I could have done so far.

I didn’t experience any downtime. I asked my host for any problems, broke things and so on. They said everything was ok. File dates are not changed. Now they updated the PHP and cleared the cache, also without result.
I tried Health Check and your other recommendations, but still the same issues on the default themes.

I turned off the orange cloud in DNS if you could please take a look.

For me, it is very strange. They worked perfectly before, I had high performance (about 83/75) and something got wrong. They were too beneficial for me, especially for mobile devices.
Only with Cloudflare, the performance scores are 63/63. Too low. It was times faster with the Plugin and Cloudflare together. I am wondering what caused that problem because I didn’t have those issues before.

I just created a new mobile page and deleted the problem one. It works. Thank you for your answer.
