Thank you for your response. I have added the Akismet to my site. Where can I find the comment blacklist option? Is that in WordPress? Does it only relate to comments, or does it also cover forms? I get many people trying to sell me their photo-retouching services and people telling me my SEO is not good (which it is btw). I want to get rid of them. Will Akismet do the trick, or do I need to add the words – “photo re-touching” etc to the blacklist and it will work in the form?

But I change the Trustindex widgets in the widget editor to the Google Review page but within a day the widgets have reverted back to the Trustindex review page. I can’t keep doing this every day. I have described this problem so many times to the Trustindex support but you keep telling me to change the widgets in the widget editor which I have done many many times. It’s just going around in circles here. It’s not my website, the widget editor has an issue. Can you please fix this issue. I look forward to hearing from you, with a solution.

Nothing has changed there is still the same problem. The problem is happening on the actual Trustindex widget page and not my website. I have cleared all my caches, several times now. The link tick changes from the Google reivew page back to the Trustindex review page on the Trustindex site. This always happens within a day. I look forward to hearing from you.

No it hasn’t been resolved, I’m having the same issue. I tick the box for Google in the widget but the Trustindex review page shows ups every time I click the review link in my website. It all defaults to the TrustIndex page, even if I re-tick the Google option in the widget, and re paste the code again to my site. The amounts of times I’ve had to create widgets from scratch to make sure they go to Google is annoying. But in the end the link reverts back to the Trustindex page in the widget and on my site. I feel like given Trustindex a bad review because their system is not working and I’ve paid good money to have an efficient service. I can’t trust Trustindex.

Thanks for this, but I have Google ads running with a third-party company and they have added code to my site, so they can track phone calls from the site. I probably can’t change the plug-in at the moment, and also it might have the same issue as the WP Call Button, with no alt text for the image they use. I would prefer to leave WP Call Button in place. It’s just annoying that they don’t reply. I might send a message to them anyway but it will probably be unanswered. So frustrating. But thanks for your help.

I just checked the link out, and there is a similar question from over a year ago, it looks like they don’t answer many queries, a lot are unresolved. Any other ideas on this one?
