Great! Thanks a lot. I was able to allow the error_log function on the server. Now the plugin works as expected.

Finally I found a solution which works for me:

As I’m not fit enough with sql queries I exported MariaDB database by phpMyAdmin, then imported it into a mysql8-server by phpMyAdmin, exported it there again and importet it in the end into the MariaDB-Server. After this I updated the H5P plugin from version 1.15.0 to 1.15.2 with success.

I also tried again update from 1.15.0 to 1.15.2 and enabled logs:

On the productive server,
Wordpress 5.5.3
PHP 7.4.16 (64bit)
MySQL 10.3.29-MariaDB-0ubuntu0.20.04.1

… I got the error:

a) I find several files being created in the directory wp-content/plugins/fast-velocity-minify/cache/

b) I can open for example https://yourdomain.com/wp-content/plugins/fast-velocity-minify/cache/header-someletters-somenumbers.min.css or similar in the browser and the file is not empty

c) After saving again the same

e) Temporarily chmod 777 the wp-content directory recursively does not work

sorry if i didn’t express the item accurately. i have fabricate a screenshot, but how can i send it?

in the backend of the wp-installation i find contact form db -> here i have to choose the form -> then i see the records of the people who submitted. the data of the records are ordered in columns, and one of these columns is named cf7-counter.

the counter should increment one up for each record. but sometimes i find “jumps” for example two up or more. so my client worried that records are lost. when i reproduced the problem i found out, no records are lost, but when i reload the page with the form before i submit the cf7-counter increments more than one up.
