You will need to have WooCommerce installed. The plugin uses WooCommerce and creates its own product type within WooCommerce.

Thanks so much! I think it would be a great addition. To create an ics file and attach it to the email that is sent so they can add that file to their calendar.

Sorry for the delay in the response.
I had already tried both #1 and #2 before posting this problem.
There is no restriction on the server side. They have already increased the image upload sizes and more.
This seems to be a specific issue with WPUF and Kraken.io

I “enabled” the Agora Chat feature but it keeps disabling it. Please advise, thanks.
Also it says there’s a customizable UI but I can’t seem to access it through the settings. Are there specific shortcodes I need?
