I know how to override the template file by copying it to the child theme but as i have no knowledge of any programming language i did not understand your meaning about
edit the template to skip over orders that contain products in the category i want to exclude.

Can you please try explain more clear this:

It’s not beautiful see with item orders balance top up like order. Balance top up is not order this is transaction and it must shown only in wallet history for me see this as order is very uncomfortable

Hi, thanks for suggestion but i just mentioned this plugin for example. it’s touching only woocommerce core as i want hide some category orders from history of woocommerce i said wallet just for example for better understanding.. i need sell different services some of them need in history some of them no so my question is regarding hide some category products in order history. Thanks!

I ordered PRO version and it’s now have function that you mentioned that is does not exists in the free version. Currently everything works besides notification icon not appearing in the order list under “WooConvo Msgs” that was main idea of last update. Please give me solution what to do thanks!

Dear Mr.ansarbhatti I’m using currently free version and there is no “Show After Order setting” here. We only can see in General Settings Send Button Label and Placeholder Label edit so it is not clear where is “Show After Order” checkbox.

Any other ideas what to do?

Hi ansarbhatti! After update unfortunately message area lost from users page i tried remove and reinstall plugin but still no change. Any ideas what to do?
