I’m using this free plugin about 3 years,
I have the same problem,
It’s not only on the mail received by the customer that doesn’t appears all the details of the products purchased,
It’s also on the invoice generated by Tranzila
Tranzila got the name, address, phone number and the total paid amount,
Instead of the detail order, It’s just one line as one product and for the product name :

same problem…
it’s with all the products I have, no matter witch one I choose,
it’s with all the method payment, no matter witch one I choose,

Hi,
I purchase the premium version of your plugin WebPOS
The plugin give possibility to choose between the different payment method that on wooCommerce (the ones we configure available on “payments” of the plugin )
But, no matter what we choose,
WebPOS proceed directly the order by clicking on ” checkout ” button
the plugin only tag the receipt / order as paid with the payment method chosen.
If we choose ” Credit Card ” payment method, WebPOS doesn’t open the checkout page to put the credit card information and to proceed with the payment with secure credit card ( like a customer do in the website )
Is it a bug ? or the plugin just work like that ?
if it’s how the plugin work….. it’s really bad and not a complete premium version

Ok, PayPal payment not available,
with Credit Card, the pro version work like if a customer buy on the website ?
For the left dropdown menu :

you should remove “left: 0;”

For the Info right menu (all the shortcut F ) there is the same problem

Also, The Tax Amount stay 0.00, not the real value of the total tax.

Great, it’s work
thanks for your fast answer and resolving the bug.
There is also problem with the drop-down menu on the screen right side and the icon label Info on the scree left side, both are opening them outside of the screen….
Actually, with the plugin free version, all payment method from the website are working like cash, I want to know if with the pro version if I choose credit card payment ( or PayPal…) it will work like on my website front-end (will open the PayPal page, or credit card page to put card information ) ?

On mobile the “page” (website) is correct size, but you have to slide the screen on left ( page is on the right, all the left is a red background screen)
Where did I search of the “sharethis” iframe with id=”st_gdpr_iframe” which has a left attribute of -5000px ?
so I could change its attribute.

My problem has been resolved.
It was on the hands of Tranzila,
The answer was all the time send to HTTPS Url,
So if only your checkout page is secure (HTTPS) like mine,
you need to ask Tranzila to make change on their side
to let their server to send answer on HTTP page also.

I downgrade WordPress to 5.1,
and still the same problem,
The payment is OK on Tranzila website,
but my website doesn’t get the answer and still waiting….

with my solution, on the front office, you have to click on “photo” (or what you write) to see the picture (you can set the linked word to show the photo in a pop up, so you don’t leave the website)

1. upload all the photo to your website
2. write “Photo” or something else instead the photo (for each one)in your spreadsheet
3. link what you writed with the url from your website
