In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Loading Help Center Issue in 1 PostHi Michael,
Thanks for your answer.
1. Make sure the issue doesn’t persist when Yoast SEO is disabled.
Reply: When Yoast SEO is disabled the “Loading help center” error disappear, I also can edit the date and change the screen options for example.2. Check for conflicts
Reply: I explained that in my first message and I reconfirmed again today. With all the other plugins deactivated and 1 only plugin active Yoast, the error is still there.
Also I changed to Twenty Seventeen default theme and the error is still present.3. Check for JavaScript errors with your console.
Reply: My previous message shows the JavaScript error is in all the posts, and not specifically for that post with the Loading help center error. So I think that the JavaScript error doesn’t belong to Yoast.Summing up: I don’t see any conflict between Yoast and the rest of the plugins plus the theme, but the Loading help center error is there. The only thing to mention is that specific post had tons of updates due to the nature of the topic.
Thank you.

In reply to: [Yoast SEO] Loading Help Center Issue in 1 PostHi MariusG,

Hi wfalaa,
Thanks for the reply and information.
According to your recommendations and to Siteground support, we have resolved the error.
The auto_prepend_files were correctly pointing to every sub-directory site.
The web server’s configuration was the recommended by WordFence during the activation process. But it was a conflict with other plugin, only, during the activation of the Extended Protection.
After the same ended and in a normal operation, there wasn’t any conflict between WordFence and the rest of the plugins.
We couldn’t determine which plugin was the responsible, though. If some other Siteground users have this error, here are the steps to have a friendly activation of the firewall Extended Protection:
* Deactivate all plugins, less Wordfence.
* Start the activation of the firewall.
* Use the WordFence server recommendations. Click continue.
* Download a backup copy of your .htaccess file and then click continue.
* After ended, you’ll have a red warning that the Extended Protection wasn’t completed, but don’t be alarmed.
You need to add the auto_prepend_file.a) Got to the WordFence documentation (Web_Application_Firewall_Setup -> SiteGround and other hosts without .user.ini support) and follow the steps indicated there using the PHP Variables Manager.
Or alternatively
b) Go to your site’s cPanel – > File manager -> go to the site folder and check if it has a php.ini file.
* Edit the php.ini file and add: auto_prepend_file = ‘/home/username/public_html/wordfence-waf.php’ (replace username with your domain or subdomain)
* Save it.Go to your dashboard and refresh the page with the red warning, and now it should appear “The installation was successful! Your site is protected to the fullest extent!”of the firewall Extended Protection.
Logout of your site. You shouldn’t see any error.
Enter to your site again and activate all the rest of the plugins, one by one just in case, and you’re done.Mark as resolved. Thanks!
