We experience a similar problem.

We sync WooCommerce products with Zettle, that works fine. When in Zettle the product value of ‘Eenheid’ is set to a certain value (in our case ‘bottle’ because we sell whisky), and WooCommerce syncs data back to Zettle, this value is set to ‘default’.

We use Zettle to sell product in the store and in the webshop.

Is there a way to exclude this command from the API, or can I add an extra field to WooCommerce to sync back the value ‘bottle’ to the correct field in Zettle so it is not deleted every time a product syncs from the websdhop.

Hi There,

Problem is solved.
Issue was caused bij Icegram popup plugin. They released an update which stopped WooCommerce post-requests to the database, so products an orders could not be updated. During the day the released a new version which solved the problem.

We have several other plugins active on the website. I think it is a server issue. Will first try to check the application in another website with the same settings, just to check if things are working well.

I have tried it but it doesn’t work. The search field will not open an therefore gives no results.

Strange thing is that, If I add the shortcode to the main menu, the search field works correct. It used to work also in the mobile menu, but something has changed (as it seems) which made it stop working.

Can I install an earlier version without the Checkout Field functionality?

Is it correct that in earlier versions of your plugin ‘Checkout Fields’ was not present, It seems like something is added the last update.

The Shipment plugin we use doesn’t recognize the zip-code, street/number any more to open its window for delivery time.

Can I switch off the function ‘Checkout Fields’ completely.

If all functions in the Checkout field editor are ‘On’ the checkout shows an error message on field that are not active in the checkout. If I turn them ‘Off’ in the Checkout Field editor of your plugin, that issue is solved.

It seems that MyParcel doesn’t recognize the Street/Number and ZipCode anymore to open its window for the delivery time.

Is seems that earlier versions of your plugin didn’t have the ‘Checkout Fields’ tab. It showed only the ‘Product Fields’ and ‘Admin Fields’. At that stage I didn’t have any problems concerning the checkout.
