I too am getting this error in Woocommerce on every site I set up now. It must be a common problem.

“There was an error getting your inbox. Please try again.”

    Does anybody have any ideas?

Totally with you on that, Jason Robie. We have no option when WordPress thinks there is something wrong it completely blocks everyone from seeing anything except a warning message that makes everyone look stupid. Blocks access to the tools needed to repair it etc. Who came up with that one? This has happened to me several times on different websites and in the end, all I could do is do a complete reinstall. Nothing else would fix it. BTW, I only once got the email. All other instances there was none.

Also, it is happening far too often. There has to be something wrong with WordPress. Honestly, I am looking around for another option. Totally cheesed off with WordPress now and I was a big fan.

I have had a look around. It looks like this has been going on for a long time. It looks like the only thing to do is change theme. I have enfold on my website and stopped using Yoast SEO for about six months to try out other things. When I began using it again today, because of the recent improvements, it would not work for me. It works perfectly on most other themes. BTW it does not work on DIVI either.

Good work Samuel Wood (Otto). We too had the same problem on all of our websites. A total mystery until now. Thank you.
