Same issue just happened again. I received 4-5 form submissions and confirmation emails with no issue. Then someone contacted me to say that they submitted the form. I never received an email for their submission but it was definitely submitted as I see it in Flamingo. Nothing has changed from a settings stand point.

Thank you. All of the confirmation emails go to the same email address though and it’s from the same form/settings…so I’m not sure why some of them are getting delivered and others are not. They are not going to a spam or junk folder. It’s very strange.

See If You Have Email Problems – most people that work carefully through this list of email sending issues are able to solve their particular problems.

The same email address is in the To: and From: fields for the form.

Start here – this can cause emails to be rejected as spam.

Thanks. I adjusted the “To:” address to a gmail account and left the “From:” as an email address from the same domain. I can’t find any other major issues.

Any luck getting this sorted out? I have different contact forms on our site and they’re working intermittently. The person submitting the form receives the confirmation email that it was submitted, but we’re not receiving the information on our end. Very frustrating…especially since people have probably been submitting the forms and then we never follow up with them. Might have to look for an alternative plugin since the support here looks dead.

Thank you. I am using the Schema theme which does have a section for Custom CSS. I added the code from that thread…

but the calendar is still transparent. I tried doing “#epoch_popup1_3_calendar” and several other numbers wondering if that had anything to do with it. No luck. My form is at https://www.TheRouteExchange.com/listing-agreement

I’m having the same issue except it seems to be a specific form. I have several forms on my site and they all submit to the same gmail address. When users submit this particular form they are getting a confirmation message and email…but I am not receiving the info that they submitted on the form. Their information is not being redirected to a spam folder either. It just never shows up. When I test the form it goes through immediately and I receive the email. Thanks. That could be it. After starting this thread I found that they were suddenly getting sent into the spam folder for that gmail account

Is there any way to set it up so that it only does that for mobile users? I just tested it out and it basically got rid of the table format I have now and made all the information blocked vertically…if that makes sense. Thanks!
