Same issue…just a blank screen when I go to add participant

Thanks for the help. I meant to come back and mark as resolved but got caught up with a few things. I did find that website and got it fixed by editing files through the ftp. Thanks again.

It took InMotion 12 hours but they got me moved over to a new server and the plugin is working again. Thanks Alin.

Sorry should have noted that I did that. Cleared the cache and the authorization. No luck. For all I know InMotion moved me to another server that is flagged by Google.

Another InMotion customer here with the same issue. I just had a support chat session and they moved me to another server. As of now I am still getting the same error. Maybe the server switch didn’t go into effect right away. No idea. Really annoying situation nonetheless.

Thanks xnau. It looks like template=responsive would work for mobile but wouldn’t look great for the desktop version. I will see if I can find some sort of CSS fix

I tried that but I must have been screwing it up somehow. I really appreciate the help.

I can click the pencil/edit icon and try to change the PrivateID after I create the participant but it still doesn’t change it. For example I just tried to make a private id of “OKC123” and after I submitted the participant it was listed as “QQOH7”. I tried to edit and I can’t change it at all.

I’ve been using the plug-in for a few months and haven’t had any issues until recently. Pretty strange.

In regards to how I’m using it…all of my participants are listed here https://www.therouteexchange.com/routes-for-sale/ They are actually business listings. Each business for sale is its own participant. I name them something short…like “VendFL” so that if I need to edit the listing I can go into the “List Participants” menu and find the one I need quickly. When they are random characters I have to go into each one until I find the right participant. Not a big deal really but a minor inconvenience for sure.

I know this is resolved but hoping cjc1867 is still receiving follow up emails.

I added the code above to one of the js files in my customizr folder…still not getting anything. I have no clue what I’m doing…hoping somebody can put this in layman terms for me

Man that was dumb of me. No idea how or why but the custom distance box was unchecked under Advanced Search. Thanks for making me look there again.

Thanks…I added that code to the “Default event list format” text box. It actually created a text list of all of the events at the top of the actual listings. Sort of hard to explain. You can see it here…

When you click those links they open in a new tab. However, if you click something on the calendar, a search result, or a different link it opens on the same page. I probably messed this up somehow.
