Could you share which web site is using the plugin? We would like to see the requests that are made to ensure that the plugin will honor the timezone that is passed along. As a side note, we only honor the timezone that is set in the plugin admin settings, and do not take into account your WordPress site’s timezone.

So sorry to hear about this and any inconvenience it has caused! Are you setting the time zone on the Call Now Button Ultimate settings page to the time zone that your business is located in?

In the meantime, we’ll look into whether we are incorrectly handling certain times and time zones.
