Have made changes in qtranslate files, that are mentioned here https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/changeset/907388 and here https://plugins.trac.www.ads-software.com/changeset/907393 + changed QT_SUPPORTED_WP_VERSION to my current wp version (3.9.1).
