i have the posts filed under a catagory called “recent news” how do i set that catagory to post on a page of my choice?

chip the two “home” links are there but when clicked it takes you to a dif page i would like “home” to display the first page you see when you enter the site? am i making sense? sometimes i cant form my questions in a way that others can get it.. please let me know……

wpbless i tried the first option wp-admin/options-reading.php that was not it i will try the other link…..

how would i find out if it was linked? site title? you mean upper left hand corner where it reads https://example.com ?
