    Sorry for misunderstanding! Is it possible for you to send a screenshot of what you’re seeing in Chrome along with any errors in the developer console? To open the developer console, follow these steps:

    • If you’re on a PC, open the Developer Tools by typing CTRL+Shift+I, on a Mac it’s Command+Option+I
    • Switch to “Console” in the upper left of the tools when they open (see below).
    • Use the plugin like you normally would.
    • Errors will appear in red in the console. A screenshot of the console when the problem is occurring that includes the address bar would be great.

    We are aware of an issue within the plugin that is causing blank images to appear within the search results for some users. Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the issue you are seeing that includes the address bar? If not, can you please provide the domain name of your site?

    With this info we should be able to resolve the problem for you.

    Hi Danny,
    These errors don’t look like they’re related to the Getty Images WordPress Plugin. It looks like they might be related to Smush Image Compression and Optimization plugin. It may be a conflict between plugins or an error within that plugin. I recommend turning off Smush, if you’re running it, to see if that resolves the problem with the Getty Images plugin. Please let me know if you need anything else.

    If not, it would be great to see if there are any errors in the developer console. To open the developer console, follow these steps:

    – What browser are you using?
    – If possible, can you check the Developer Tools Console for an errors?

    Hi Risto,
    We are unable to reproduce the issue anymore but are still looking into it. I was wondering if you could take another look and let me know if you’re still experiencing the blank images when you search? Does refreshing the page resolve the problem? Do you some images or are no images loading? Also, are you logged into a Getty Images account or using Embed?

    Hi @dfc005,
    It sounds like this might be happening because the images are not part of your agreement. Two thoughts that might help:
    1) Are you using the latest version of the plugin (3.0.7)?
    2) We introduced new search filters that, if you’re a signed in user, allow you to filter your search results to your agreement type. You’ll find those search filters under “Product Types” at the top of the “Filter and Sort” menu. You can choose between Ultrapack, Premium Access, Easy Access, Editorial Subscription.

    Please let me know if that doesn’t solve the problem and you continue to see issues with some images.

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with the plugin. It sounds like you’re using Getty Images Embed to insert photos. Can you provide more information to help us troubleshoot:
    – Are you running the latest version (3.0.7) of the plugin?
    – What browsers are you using?

    That should help us do some troubleshooting and we will try to get to the bottom of this issue for you.
