Thanks for the answer. The thing is that I have installed the plugin long time ago and I have disactivated it also long time ago, because it made too much troubles on my site.

My WooCommerce is up to date, but that plugin is not on my site anymore so I can’t update it. How could I completely delete its errors?

Thanks for the reply.

In fact, what you are mentionning, I already know it. I have been working with my developer to optimize the website, and the issue you mention about the delay at the very beginning which costs me about 2 seconds is under investigation by my host.

But that was not the point of my ticket.

My point was referring to another line of this GTMetrix Waterfall analysis, that is related to WooCommerce and that is costing me 1.34 second load time on my page.

So can your answer better focus on this point please?

Dear Neil,

That is exactly the point. There is no CF7 form in the shop page link I provided (https://gevcen.be/cordonnerie/produits-dentretien/). So how come your plugin is performing a load of CF7 elements in that page?

Please check this analysis, go in Waterfall and see the line “refill” where you will see the following link

https://gevcen.be/wp-json/contact-form-7/v1/contact-forms/7626/refill

and it’s taking 2.34 seconds.

Altough, I see on the extension page this :

Premium Version – WP-Chabot Pro
* Display Messenger
– After some Time Delay
– After user scroll down the page
Different Settings per Device ( Mobile, Desktop )

Doe this in the Premium version refer to what I want?
If I’m not wrong this is available on the free version already no?
