So no support for this plugin??? We are having this same issue.

Fake? No it’s not fake. The categories are new, new2 & new3.

Anyway, I guess we do need customization of the widget.Who do I contact for that?

The site actually went live in the meantime. We created 3 new listing categories to assign them for this so they can be viewed the way we want, but now those categories are displaying and we can’t hide just those categories. Besides we really need to display the latest ones added rather than having to assign them those categories. https://enlightenedescape.com/

Thanks. We actually need the listing excerpts rather than just a list of the names if that is possible.

I thought that was the case. After looking further I realized the client is using the same pics for different articles. UGH! So the titles are actually different. Thanks for getting back to me but this was definitely user error…lol.

IF you look back at my first post about this you will see what I am trying to accomplish. Does anyone know how I can accomplish this maybe using a different plugin or other approach? This client is really pressing this and I’m getting no where on this issue.

ok well when those are removed it still doesn’t do what I need it to do. Is there anyone else who can help?

What does the UK have to do with it? I have it set up the way I want it to work but it’s only working on the first set of conditions. It’s not working for $300 min order.

I want to show free shipping when the products has a free shipping class.
I also want to show free shipping when any product subtotal is greater than or equal to $300.

I figured it out. I had wp supercache activated. I deactivated it and removed it and now it’s displaying perfectly. That supercache plugin has been nothing but trouble! ??

Thank you! That link got me where I needed to go. It now seems all of the links are working again. This morning I was getting error pages any time I clicked on anything to do with wp-analytify.com. Whatever it was seems to be fixed now ??

Have you deleted products that are perhaps still in the trash? If yes they need to be permanently deleted otherwise they will cause this problem. After doing that you may also need to do the database optimization again.

Also, if you are duplicating products to create new products, and removing variations on the duplicate, make sure you actually take the steps to delete the variations, then delete attributes. For example, let’s say you are going from a product with variations to one that is a simple product. You need to delete the variations that carried over into the duplicate, then delete the attributes, then change it to a simple product.

Another thing to consider, could you possibly be super caching? If you have the WP Super Cache plugin activated, clear cache and deactivate and optimize database and try again.

Otherwise, without access to the admin it’s hard to tell.
