The problem comes from your Username/Password is not valid.
You must contact your gateway support.
And unfortunately, the gateway does not support any API credential to retrieving the Current balance, so the status is always Active when choosing the gateway if even the username/password put wrong.
Anyway, yes, you can choose another gateway as you want.

About the valid recipient not found error, you must check your settings on the WP-SMS > Country code and check your Outbox page will help you to what’s going on with the messages.
For the CF7, so about the admin, you can send more than one number, separate the numbers with a comma. (e.g. 10000000001,10000000002), and if you want your fields on your message template you must put the content like this:

The first thing please check your plugin is updated with the latest version.
Also please check your browser console on the “Gateway” page from developers option, then you can check to have an error or not, then if you have error try to disable each other plugins and check the dropdown, at the end you can find what plugin have conflict.
Some times maybe theme going conflict with a plugin, if all plugins working well, then test another theme and check the result.
