All has been well and I kept the settings static so it must have been an anomaly. I’ll let you know if it reoccurs. Thanks for your help.
GregI’ve sent the log file requested.
Thanks,
GregI sent the report.

In reply to: [Twenty Thirteen] Header image centering issues
The header image is offset so it won’t bleed on mobile devices on the right. I cannot get it to center and not bleed. I suspect it may have something to do with the image-mapping.Thanks!

In reply to: [Wordfence Security - Firewall, Malware Scan, and Login Security] FreezingI had deactivated all the plug-ins without any results, but I tried again and it appears the Constant Contact plug-in is causing the problem. Am I the only one experiencing this issue as it seems to be too popular to be an isolated case?
Thanks,
GregHi Brian,
Not running the W3 cache as I had tried that many months ago and it had no effect on the site’s performance and so I disabled it.
All the sites have very similar profiles and use similar plug-ins that I trust, however this site is using a theme (Enigma) that is unique and I have my doubts about.
Good news is that I just ran the scan to check the issue and it appears to be resolved so for now, we’re good and I appreciate the support.
Keep-up the good work,
GregYes, and it still fails?
Running on other sites on the same server with no issues, so it is frustrating.
Thanks,

In reply to: Twenty Sixteen header areaI see that none of the requests for support in regards-to the Twenty Sixteen theme are being answered? Is this theme not supported by www.ads-software.com; and why not if not?
Hi,
I did change the settings as suggested and deleted the plug-in and re-activated it, and I am still getting the same cron error? Thanks,

In reply to: Twenty Sixteen header areaNo response is very dissapointing.
I know to use a child theme is the standard response, but that proves to be a detriment to SEO efforts so I was hoping a CSS solution could be had?

In reply to: Index.php permalinks issueIt has to be the theme, Weblizar Enigma, but so far nothing I have tried (including how they say to structure the permalinks) works and they (Weblizar) are shameful in how they do not support their products.
Moving to another theme may be the only option, but would like to save it if possible so any direction is appreciated.Forum: Fixing WordPress
