Inoltre, potreste richiedere a Carta del Docente dei buoni test per lo stesso ambito, buoni che potreste provare con la funzione sandbox; in questo caso la variante in gioco sarebbe il vostro certificato.

Occorre avere più informazioni rispetto l’errore che si verifica durante il tentativo di validazione del buono, per questo è necessario che attiviate il file di log, qui dettagli a riguardo:

Fatto questo, occorre riprodurre l’errore da voi segnalato e controllare cosa venga stampato nel log.

Qualora non dovessero esserci informazioni utili – dopo il test potete farci avere l’URL del sito in modo che noi si possa controllare -, per approfondire il problema avremo bisogno del buono docente in questione, potete farcelo avere via mail e, naturalmente, non verrà validato.

We just released the version 2.3.1 that includes what you need, please update and you will be ready to go.

I think there is a little bit of confusion here…

This is probably the plugin you used in the past, the official one:
https://github.com/jwplayer/wordpress-plugin

It is not available on www.ads-software.com anymore.

Our software is a completely different solution for using JW Player into WordPress and, just to be clear, we didn’t change any business model: you can publish self-hosted videos even with the free plugin.

You can’t do it by using the shortcode [jwplayer file=”…”] but this is another story, as said that was a method available with the other plugin, not with the ours.

The [jwplayer] short-code comes from the old official JW Player plugin, this software uses instead the [jwp-video] one.

For backward compatibility we implemented the support of short-codes like [jwplayer e4t57p], where e4t57p is the media ID of the content hosted on JW Player.

The option file for the old short-code is not supported at the moment, we have a different way to publish self-hosted videos, details here:
