@rohanvc , it is for the premium users I can not submit the ticket.

@rohanvc …. I have already checked the memory limit set for the particular website only and it is 265M.

I have also checked the memory limit in the admin dashbores in following path Tools – site health – server – PHP memory limit256M

and it is 256..

only it shows 128M in the plugin settings

@dakeg, thank you for your feedback, yeah this is weird because I am hosting 6 websites 3 are working correct and 3 of them are not!! it is the same SMTP settings and the same DNS configurations related to SMTP.

anyway, I have sent test email using the tool and when sending the test email the plugin shows success notification related to SFP inside admin dashboard like this:

@dakeg , yes I am using “Other SMTP” option.

my websites are hosted on Plesk platforms and using the same smtp settings, it is weird that the test emails are received in some domains while in others are not received in my inbox nor in the spam folder!

@dakeg, I tried to send a test email from another domain, and I did not received the email even the SPF is success as below:

once I have sent the test email from inside the plugin test option It doesn’t show any error.
the issue is that it is not received to my yahoo email inbox nor the spam folder once checking it.
