In case it’s helpful to anyone, we had the same problem. We manually downgraded to Contact Form 7 5.0.5 and entered our reCAPTCHA v2 keys, and it’s working. We haven’t tested Contact Form 7 5.0.5 with reCAPTCHA v3. Also possibly helpful is that disabling Contact Form 7 Honeypot neither helped nor hurt. We have it enabled now, and things are working.
