I tested disabling and enabling my WP Rocket and it dont fix.

Sorry for my late… last week We did an optimization process to our site disabling and deleting some unnecessary plug-ins. Currently this problem disappeared.

I get the same error.. My situation was that I have my site in Maintenance mode with “Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd” plugin.
After I go with my site online again the “Error retrieving webpage from …” disappeared!

In Bluehost control panel appears as PHP 5.4
But I installed the “Display PHP version” plugin and now in my Dashboard that really the PHP version is 5.2.17
