Thank you Jen,
I took some days to reply, because I’ve opened an other ticket on the Theme assistance.
Finally I’ve found the problem that is in “Themify Ultra” template, in the last update something doesn’t work in communication with Jetpack Stats.
Who needs more info, maybe having the same problem, can follow the threads here:

I’m sorry to tell you that I’ve deactivated ALL the plugins and switched the theme.. but nothing to do… it doesn’t work!
