Ive tried to insert in additional settings section of cf7 but doesnt work. Email is inserted in the general list.

Dear heateor thank you for your answer. I followed the guide and I noticed that everything was already set up well.
The only way would be to put in a footer area, but I would prefer to have the sidebar.
Moreover, even if I removed the flags, I can not remove some sharing buttons as Pinterest and Google+ and sidebar isnt shown in the individual pages of the portfolio.
