Thank you so much for the quick reply! It seems everything is perfectly compatible with Germanized.

I purchased the Germanized Pro version. The number of options felt a bit too much at first, but after checking them one by one, I found my way around.

You’ve done an amazing job with the plugin!

The only thing on my wish list now is English documentation, especially with video tutorials. My client wants DHL integration, and I’m a bit stuck since the only video I found was in German ??.

All good now, a code snippet was causing the issue.

Same issue as well on the homepage where i use anchor links to different pages.

All settings are the default ones right after i installed UM. I didnt change anything.
All pages are installed and working and the user role is set to default.

My php version is 8 and the latest wordpress 6.7 but i also tried with php 7.4 and wp 6.6 still same issue.

Passwords wordpress create work fine without issue: J7ZJ7&r6IjD8JX0&8AcerG
Weak passwords also work fine

It looks like if the password contains characters like ‘ and + and probably few others then i cant login via UM login page but can with default WP login page.

I also tried it again now on TasteWP, similar to InstaWP without zero plugins as you can see from the video and it still doesnt work. I understand this could be a plugin limitation with some special characters in the password but before I try to switch to a different plugin that works fine with this password I though of letting you know.

Lastly I also contacted the User Registration plugin because the issue occurs with their plugin as well and they were able to replicate and acknowledged the issue and are looking into it.

I enable debugging and after i tried to login this is what i get inside the error log. Also no console errors

I dont know why it works for you and not for me on multiple instances on InstaWP and on my staging.
Can you try to fireup a new InstaWP WordPress installation and install only the UM plugin and check again?

Like i wrote in my initial message i don’t use any plugins, literarily zero plugins except UM and the twenty twenty three theme. No snippets, no edits of functions.php

Creating/registering a user via UM register form will work but doing the same thing via Admin Panel > Users > Add new user does not work, as I showcased in the short video.

Nevermind it looks like it’s the Disable REST API option

I’ll do some further testing and if i have a solution i will post it here.

I disabled all plugins and snippets and kept only woocommerce and elementor and the free shipping sippet.

The issue is still there, i guess it is caused by the free shipping snippets that cant render the new “info” icon correctly. The previous WooCommerce version had an SVG icon instead of the font-family.

The funny thing is that when i ask chat gpt if the snippet can cause such an issue it wrote that it shouldnt ??

Anyway, thanks a lot for trying to help. I guess i will either disable the snippet all together or just hide the icons withs css and replace them with svg.

I was just surprized only about the fast mark as “Resolved” action. The issue was entirely on my end.

I love the plugin and will probably get the PRO version as i need some more functionality.

I finally figured out what was the issue. I made the parent container sticky to the top and that was causing all those errors. now it is working as it should!

Also marking this post as resolved without me reporting back anything is not a good support sign (even though I understand this is a free plugin).
