Regarding the concerns you mentioned:

1. z-index Update
   We have updated the z-index value to 1 in the latest version, so it should no longer interfere with your fixed menu. You can update to the latest version to apply this fix.
2. Email Delivery Issues
   There are three possible reasons why you might not have received the emails:

• Missing “Gift Payment Success” Page: Please ensure that the Gift Payment Success page is correctly set up and contains the shortcode [gift-payment-success]. This shortcode is responsible for checking order status and triggering email notifications.
• Theme or Plugin Conflict: Sometimes, other plugins or themes may interfere with the email-sending functionality. You can try deactivating other plugins temporarily to check for conflicts.
• Email Sending Functionality Not Working: If your website’s email-sending function is not set up correctly, it may prevent emails from being sent. You might want to check your SMTP settings or test email functionality using a plugin like WP Mail SMTP.
  
  If you have already checked all the above points but are still facing issues, you can send us your WordPress admin login credentials via our support email [email protected]. We assure you that your information will only be used to diagnose and resolve the email issue within the Gift Card Magic plugin. It will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.
