I tried doing what you said. Both ways didnt work. Im guessing i got to delete some code in the editor in order for it to disappear but am not sure how to do it. Hope someone can come along to help out. Anyway thanks for your suggestion.

The plugin i am using is “Sermon Manager for WordPress Version 1.9.6” by Jack Lamb.

Yes i included the same image in the sermon page. I tried removing the sermon picture but the double image still appears. I then proceed to remove the featured image and both the image disappeared. So i believe the problem lies with the featured image and not the sermon image.

Hi.. I believe I read that the latest update was fully compatible will wordpress 4.0. Anyway Im still in the old version because I did not receive the update notification. I will upload via ftp then. Will update on the outcome.

Note : must I roll back the theme for the wordpress update?
