In reply to: [WooCommerce] How can I completely disable “Site visibility” functionality?Did you check your cache configuration? It’s possible that clearing the caches might help. You can find more details in the?Coming Soon mode documentation.
Thanks for letting us know. I’m glad that you were able to fix the issue!
It seems to be ignoring the Thumbnail Cropping setting of 1:1 but maybe these are overridden by what’s setup in the block Editor template(s). Anyway that’s not a problem for me I only need the sharp images and that’s fixed!
We are aware of this issue. For this reason, we kicked-off a discussion about WooCommerce Customizer settings and block themes. You are welcome to drop any comments if you like!

- Visit:
/wp-admin/customize.php?return=/wp-admin/themes.php
- Navigate to: WooCommerce > Product Images.
- Ensure that the input fields are empty.
- If not, remove any value.
- Save.
- Visit the frontend.
- Check the image URL.
I noticed that the Customizer settings are still applied even if a block theme is enabled.

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PTK Pattern Store@telesante thanks for the reply! Checking the code, it looks like that this issue doesn’t depend on WooCommerce: can you share the plugins that you have installed?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] PTK Pattern StoreThanks, @xiabao for reporting this error. I can confirm that this log isn’t generated by WooCommerce.
@maplestory mentioned that another plugin causes this error:
I have encountered an issue with my WooCommerce plugin related to the layout configuration for my merchant store. The log file consistently shows the following alert message:
2024-09-21T05:48:28+00:00 – Alert – PTK – Layout configuration for merchant store failed to load empty white layout configuration.
Can you share the plugins that you have installed?

In reply to: [WooCommerce] Add to Cart button not working on any mobile deviceThis is likely caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin. Read more about plugin and theme conflicts in our Self-Service Guide.
How to test for conflicts
The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to:
1. Temporarily switch your theme to Twenty Twenty-Five theme.
2. Try to reproduce the problem: If the problem is resolved, it’s a theme conflict. If not, continue to the next steps.
3. Temporarily deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce. You can do this manually or use a plugin to help (see below for tools).
4. Try to reproduce the problem again. If the problem is resolved, it’s a plugin conflict. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, continue to the next step.
5. Reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. For more detailed instructions, check out How to test for plugin and theme conflicts.
Tools to help with troubleshooting
Meks Quick Plugin Disabler will remember what plugins you had active when you switch it back on.
Additionally, check the configuration of your cache plugin if it is enabled. There is dedicated documentation on how to configure caching plugins for WooCommerce.

In reply to: [Storefront] Storefront child theme – css anomalyHello @freespirit2,
Thank you for providing the screenshot.
The issue might be caused by a caching plugin, as it appears, you have one enabled. Could you try disabling it to see if the problem persists?
Thanks!
