I had the same problem of @sashabcro.
I’m sure the problem is due to the last update of Nextgen because if I deactivate it all returns to work perfectly.
I think the problem is something related to the image in evidence.

Many thanks. I call my web hosting service and I discovered that there was a script on my server which was restoring all old versions of each plugin files every 10 minutes!!!

I tried with Chrome, Firefox and Safari, windows and mac computer (clearing cache before) but I have the same issue!
One question to know if it depends on me: by logging with my data, you are able to add a new field to a new card or a card that already exists?

I’m trying to modify an old entry (adding new field) or make a new entry but I have the same issue: I can’t add new field.

I sent you my wordpress details by the contact form on the page.

I tried to change the theme (from Sahifa (premium) to Twenty Twelve) but the issue is the same.
If you give me your private contact i can send you my details to enter my website.

I deactivate all plugins except Connections but the issue is the same. When I disabled all plugin in Chrome console I can find the same error “Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function” in …/connections/assets/js/cn-admin.min.js?ver=8.1.5

I have the same problem. When I try to save any change in “Settings” or “other options” there is a success message but really nothing has changed!
