@elliotvs duuuuuuude! I figured it out! Thanks for mentioning server side. I had toyed with my varnish cache a bit, but finally just went in and disabled it, and the coupon worked!

@elliotvs so, I experimented with a different coupon url plug in and it was giving me the same problem.

However, after updating all of my plug-ins, I got it to where it’d finally pop up when I landed on the product page.

However, as soon as I click add to cart, the coupon “falls off” again and isn’t applied in the cart. After that the behavior repeats as described above. If I re-enter it the second time it “sticks”

Let me know if you have any ideas of white might be messing with cookies in that way.

@elliotvs At this point I’ve deactivated everything except Elementor and WooCommerce and it has still given the same error. Any reccomendations?

Thanks for the quick reply. I’m not sure, currently going through and deactivating them one by one to see if it will work.
